Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping out. The estimated time for delivery on the cart & checkout page does not take into account order processing days. Please add an additional 2-3 business days to best estimate your date of delivery.

CALA VELA uses USPS / UPS to ship all online orders. 
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required within their countries.  CALA VELA cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments.

Orders are shipped from the CALA VELA  warehouse in New York.

We will gladly accept returns on all items (except Sample Sale, Limited Edition and any Sale Items) within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be unused and have all original tags attached. Any item marked final sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Items marked 30% or greater are always considered Final Sale. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Please ensure the item(s) sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as CALAVELA is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package.

We are sorry you are returning your item. All returned handbags and SLGs must be securely placed within its original CALA VELA dust bag.
